Ingredients
2 oz. of your favorite spirit (optional)
6-8 watermelon chunks/balls
2 spoons of honey
Squeeze of half lime
Club Soda
4-6 mint sprigs
In a cocktail shaker, large pint glass, or Mason jar, add honey and six pieces of watermelon. Muddle until all watermelon is smashed and you see the juices mixed with honey. Add lime juice, 4 mint sprigs , spirit of your choice (optional) and shake cold. Double strain into a tall glass with fresh ice and add club soda. Garnish with leftover watermelon and mint.
